The K & L team were amazing. So professional, nothing was too much trouble and they left everything so tidy. Oh my goodness, Lisa - that was amazing! Thank you so much for catering our small function. Everyone was so impressed by the food and the wonderful service from Darian. She was a gem - and thank goodness I asked for help because we would have spent the evening in the kitchen rather than mixing with our guests.
The food was exceptional - it was the scallops, mushroom risotto balls, pork belly and seared tuna that were most popular and were finished.
Phil did a great job, coming in and calmly getting things underway and explaining what we had to do for heating and plating up. Luckily Darian took charge of the kitchen - serving drinks and plating up the canapes, and replenishing plates as they were finished. We relinquished all responsibility in the kitchen and she was very capable.

Morgan and the team of chefs and waitresses were just amazing and this was the best dinner / party I have ever been to or held. Not only am I amazed at how much your team managed to deliver but how flexible everyone was, from the initial meeting through to the event and how you left the house at the end ... spotless! I am SOLD at getting your team back (if you'll have us) for every major event we hold. By far and away the most amazing night ever which our guests are still raving about.
